I am an attorney, which means that I always stand on the side of clients and boldly represent their interests. For over a dozen years, with passion and commitment, I support businesses from a legal perspective.
I have additional economic education in the field of accounting and taxes, which allows me to speak the language of business better and understand it.
We provide services both in-house and remotely.

The first, initial consultation lasts up to 30 minutes and is free of charge. During the consultation, you will present the legal issue you are dealing with. You will answer a series of our questions so that we can better understand the nature of the case and your business. Together, we will determine what legal services you need and outline a plan of action. All information provided to us is covered by strict attorney-client privilege from the very first consultation.
We can meet via video conference, schedule a phone call, or correspond via email.
After determining the scope of services, the law firm provides a quote for the assignment.
We can bill based on the number of hours worked. In this case, the basis for billing is the actual working time rounded to the nearest 0.1 hour. We usually provide an approximate estimate of the workload upfront, which helps estimate the cost. A detailed list of tasks along with hourly billing is provided with the invoice.
We can also agree on a fixed fee for legal services if the nature of the project and the information received allow for it.
In some cases, we may additionally agree on a success fee, but it is never the primary component of the compensation.
After agreeing on the terms of the assignment, we sign a standard, simple agreement. In principle, we can establish the terms of cooperation via email. Upon the client’s request, we sign a written agreement. We keep formalities to a minimum and immediately begin working!
